The stay in this incredibly beautiful and wonderful hotel was very nice and we would return there. Everything was worth the price from the good service to the great food. The staff, everyone, was super friendly and outstandingly accommodating. Loved our stylish and reasonably large room equipped with a pullout couch and the air conditioning and 2 double beds.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The bar and restaurant were great, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to answer any questions. The room service was delicious and reasonably priced. The pool and gym were also top-notch, with the added bonus of free headphones to use while working out. it was a wonderful experience and I will definitely be staying here again!

Convenient location near PPG Arena. Comfortable bed and warm room. Enjoyed the early pool opening and Life Fitness equipment. Helpful staff accommodated special requests. Appreciated noon check-out.

The room was very large and comfortable. With 4 people in the room, we were not tripping over each other. Very quiet when sleeping.We had breakfast in the restaurant in the lobby which was excellent and staff was very friendly and accomodating. Would definitely stay there again when coming to Pittsburgh.
Arrived about 45 minutes before normal check-in time (3:00 pm) and would not let us in the room. However, even though check-out was noon,they were banging on our door at 9:30 am to see if we were ready to leave to clean the room. Not happy about that.
